Frequently Asked Questions
We ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx, and will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
Us Alaskans are used to this, but shipping to Alaska will be more than if you send it to Gramma in Pensacola.
We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.Exchanges may be considered if you bring the art to our fair locations. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number and we will see what we can do to get you perfect prints.
Most of the work you see are prints from originals done by request. Commissions can include a favorite scene in nature, a portrait of a child or even a pet, a photo from your own travels. To get your own commission started, please contact me (Amanda) and tell me more about what you are thinking. I'll prepare some sketches to see if I understand your vision. Then I will give an estimate of the total cost and ask for a downpayment of 50% of that to start. That ensures my committment of time to create your piece. It's okay if your ideas change along the way... I'll work until both of us are pleased with the result.
I'm a certified art teacher with experience from kindergarten through senior adult, in several mediums. I enjoy teaching and creating curriculum and projects based on specific art concepts, art history, fine craft skills and local traditions. Contact me to discuss your art instruction needs. Paint night for your office or group? I can arrange those as well. My focus through my project called Design Igloo is design education for K-12 and organizations.
