SHIPPING & RETURNS
What is your shipping Policy?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless I offer a special discount. I partner with a high-quality printer in California that produces lovely prints in a nicely organied way. We ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx, and will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges to Lower 48
Us Alaskans are used to this, but shipping to Alaska will be more than if you send it to Gramma in Pensacola.
Costs may differ, based on your order size and location. I'll keep this page updated with all the latest info I know.
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.Exchanges may be considered if you bring the art to our fair locations. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number and we will see what we can do to get you perfect prints.
